Nathaniel S. Yordon, CPA
Nate
is a 1983 graduate
of the University of Connecticut where
he received a bachelor's degree as
an honors scholar in accounting. He
received his CPA certificate in 1984
and became a partner in Capossela,
Cohen, LLC in January, 1991.
As head of the firm's tax department he
has extensive experience in corporate, partnership
and individual taxation. He has worked
with many family owned businesses and has
developed a unique skill in understanding
the complex interrelationships of their
individual and business tax structures.
Nate's areas of expertise include accounting,
auditing and tax services for small to medium sized
companies and related tax planning
strategies for these businesses and
their owners. In addition he has developed specialties
in auditing non-profit organizations
and corporate pension plans.
Nate is active in several non-profit organizations
including the Norwalk Emergency Shelter. He
enjoys playing and listening to music as well as
a round of golf when the weather permits.
