Paul A. Romaniello, Jr., CPA is a 1965 graduate of Pace University, New York City, with a bachelor's degree in business administration. He received his CPA certificate in 1969.

He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Connecticut Society of Certified Public Accountants. He has served on numerous civic organizations both as a committee member, officer and commissioner.

Paul is experienced in small business accounting, income taxation and business consulting. His areas of concentration are income and estate tax planning for high net worth individuals and small and medium sized family owned companies.
