Philip V. Marinaccio, CPA, is a 1975 graduate of the University of Bridgeport, with a bachelor's degree in accounting. He joined Capossela, Cohen, LLC in 1977 and received his CPA certificate in 1981. He has been a partner in the firm since 1987. Phil is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Connecticut Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Phil is experienced in small business accounting, income taxation and business consulting. He spends much of his time advising closely-held business owners in a wide range of tax and financial areas, as well as providing income and estate tax planning for high net worth individuals.
