David Fuchs, CPA, CSEP

David Fuchs originally joined the team in 1997 and served as Managing Partner of the firm for over 20 years from 2006 to 2026. Today, David serves as the partner in charge of the firm’s personnel. With more than three decades of accounting and tax experience, David’s areas of expertise are income taxation, financial planning, forensic accounting services, closely-held business consulting, and has specific experience with planning and performing audits for entrepreneurial and growth stage clientele across a variety of industries. David’s current concentrations include federal and state taxation, tax audits, mergers and acquisitions, negotiations, consulting, and entrepreneurial services for small to mid-size businesses.

David is a member of the AICPA, Connecticut Society of Public Accountants, and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.

David received his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Computer Science from Southern Connecticut State University in 1985. David earned his CPA license in 1990 and his Certified Forensic Accounting certification in 2003.
